The Good Loaf was started with two wall ovens, a 7qt mixer and a passion for food with integrity. We relocated to our current location in Milford, NH and have graduated to commercial sized mixers and the heart and soul of our bakery, a steam injected five deck french oven. Over the years we have expanded into a team of dedicated bakers, pastry chefs and sales staff with the motivation to create memorable food that you can feel good about eating.
The success of our company is based on a foundation of four elements, Science, Patience, Art, and Heart. We hope that our devotion to quality resonates with each bite.
The Artisan breads at the Good Loaf are handcrafted with two goals in mind; Good Nutrition and Good Flavor. Fresh, quality ingredients, gentle handling, and slow fermentation bring out the best taste and health benefits of these loaves.
